"Nanna" in farsi means Mint and "Dagh" means Hot! so this "Hot-mint" recipe is going to be super easy and super delicious. You can find it a bit strange but I must say when is mixed with some soups and ashs with herb and cheese, cream based., you are going to fall in love with this simple Iranian condiment.
Serves 4 People
Ingredients:
- 8 teaspoon of dry mint
- extra virgin olive oil
Method:
- Place a frying pan on high heat, when the oil is hot, add all the mint into the oil and remove the pan from the flam and set aside. Dry mint or herbs are very delicate, so be careful to not burn it.
- Let it rest a little bit and use it as a flavor for Ash, minestrone and some soups.
