A simple, easy recipe and ideal for this spring season. Chicken cooked with strong spices but served with fresh vegetables and fruits. For vegetarians the best is to replace the chicken with either Seitan or Tofu. The spiced chicken is a reminder of rich summer foods while the fresh celery and apple counterbalance it with the winter season. This is a recipe I learned while working in a natural fast food. I modified and increased certain ingredients as well as quantity. This modification consisted of dicing the ingredients, adding celery leaves and a simple sauce. This recipe became one of the most famous and sought-after dishes. I hope you enjoy the recipe.
